Payment - Payment is through Google Checkout or PayPal using your credit card or your PayPal account.

Shipping - Once payment notification is received and verified,  you will be notified when your purchase will ship and you will be provided a tracking number.  Shipping is by UPS.    We make every effort to see that your purchase is shipped in a timely manner.  If for some reason goods are on back order you will receive an e-mail on expected ship date.

Refunds - All sales are considered final unless buyer contacts Camper Goods within 7 days of receipt of purchase.  We are certain you will be satisfied with your purchase but realize sometimes goods are damaged in transit or are not as expected and must be returned.  If you wish to return your goods  contact Camper Goods for return instructions.  Refunds will be made by method of purchase for cost of goods only.  Shipping and handling are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply. 

Privacy Policy - Camper Goods respects each site visitor's right to personal privacy.  To that end, we collect and use information throughout our site only as disclosed here.  This statement applies solely to the CamperGoods website.

    The information we collect is:

        * used to notify visitors about updates to our web site,
        * used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes,
        * never shared with other organizations.

    This site does not collect cookies.

    Registration is not required to enter our site.

    We do have an order form.  The order form requires:
 
        * contact information, ie. name, email and shipping address, and 

        * certain financial information such as credit card number and expiration date.

    This information is used in order processing and in contacting  our customer with information as to that order.

    We do, from time to time, publish a newsletter but never sell or share our customers' email addresses.

    We do not operate online surveys.

    If there are changes to this privacy policy they will be posted here.

    Conflict Resolution - CamperGoods is committed to your complete satisfaction but realizes from time to time, problems will occur.  We make every effort to resolve problems within 24-48 hours.  If our customers have a problem they may contact us by:
